Whatever has happened in the last 3 years is probably the worst thing that could have happened to this area. This place is the worst place for healthcare. Some of the rudest people the most demeaning people. I've just never seen something so bad. It's unfortunate that I have to use their services πŸ˜”

Even though I’ve never been in one of their offices before, I do know of a few seniors that have said when even their insurance failed to cover something, through the department of health, they got the assistance that they needed. I hear great things. They offer different services and selections for health needs. Thank you, Brevard County, for offering more options to those who have no insurance, little insurance, etc. If we could ever be of assistance, please let us know. We would love to give back. Probably the worst experience I've had in a medical office. I had an 8:30 appointment arrived at 8:15, filled paperwork out and sat down. At 8:35 a woman came in said she had a 8:30 appointment was taken right in. I sat another 15 minutes and at least six or seven more people went in who were not there when I arrived. I asked to speak to the person in charge and an RN who was sitting down and writing some notes said I'll be with you in a moment and made we wait approximately 10 minutes before getting up and addressing my issue. At this point I had had enough and asked for a complete refund and told her I was leaving. I'll never go back there and wouldn't recommend anyone going into this place

Went in for my first maternity appointment and ended up having the worst experience ever. The RN that I saw (Deborah Carscallen) was incredibly rude to me the entire time. She spoke to me like I was stupid any time I asked a follow up question (which, forgive me, it is my first baby. I wanted to make sure I understood everything she was saying and did everything right). She was even rude to the assistant who came in with her right in front of us which is unprofessional. She spoke directly to my husband the entire appointment even though I’m the one pregnant on the table. The only time she looked at me was when my husband had to start looking away out of discomfort and she had no other option. She kept making comments about my teeth, which believe me I know they aren’t great but I’m here for a maternity appointment so it honestly was hurtful and felt like bullying. I also was told I had no choice in how I’d like my labor to go which seems weird since it’s my body. I was promised information I never got. The only things I got out of that place were a crap ton of brochures they threw at me and an inhaler when I haven’t had asthma since I was ten so.. ??? I left there hysterically cryi
